2. Our Service
We provide digital, self-guided walking tours for personal, recreational and tourist use. Tours may include routes, maps, navigation, stories, photographs, questions and challenges. No physical tour guide accompanies you.
3. Purchasing a Tour
The available tours, descriptions, estimated duration, approximate distance and prices are displayed on this website. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the displayed price.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
5. Access to Purchased Tours
Access is provided electronically after successful payment. A purchased tour remains available for 168 hours after the tour is started. You need a compatible device and internet connection.
6. Personal Use
A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the tour with the people accompanying you during the same visit. Tour content may not be copied, published, resold or commercially exploited.
7. Maps, Navigation and Location
Navigation may use your device location if permission is granted. Roads, paths, entrances and local conditions may change. You remain responsible for your surroundings and for following local rules and signs.
8. Safety
Tours take place in public spaces. You are responsible for your own safety, for supervising children and for using your phone without creating a safety risk.
9. Accuracy and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and tours available, but temporary interruptions and changes to routes, opening hours or access conditions may occur.
10. Refunds and Cancellation
Tours are digital products with immediate access. Where permitted by applicable law, purchases are non-refundable once access has been provided. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
11. Intellectual Property
Original tour text, graphics, images, route descriptions, challenges and designs belong to us or are used under appropriate licence. No intellectual property rights are transferred by a purchase.
12. Governing Law and Contact
